Went to Dr. Du for bulging disc in my lumbars & bone spurs on C-5,6,7 with deteriorating discs in Thoracic spine & Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Nurse who did intake was nice, thorough but 2nd nurse didn't seem to know what to do or how to write Dr orders so others could read them. Dr came in, spent maybe less than 15 min with me I gave him my report on myself, telling him I had Fibromyalgia & Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. His response to the Ehlers was "You have what??" Here for another appointment. We were told to come at 1:10 for a 1:30 appointment. They came to get my 91 year old mother at 2:36. I knew when they asked if we would like something to drink it was going to be awhile. Very dissatisfied.
I came to Dr. Du having been through years of treatment for my lower back and neck herniations in our previous home state where I had thorough and compassionate providers. His nursing staff are a mixed bag - some that I talked with about my conditions were very nice, others seemed like they hated being there and were rude. After meeting Dr. Du, I think maybe he is the problem. My mother's appointment was to be at 10:10am. The doctor told us to be there at 9:40. We arrived at 9:40. My mother and I sat in the room for over an hour. The doctor has many people working in his office yet they are very ineffective!!!!!!! Hope we don't have to come back.
Dr. Du and his staff are amazing. They show lots of caring and compassion for my issues. Dr. Du goes the extra step to provide me the best advice and the best care. Thank you to the entire team to include Bridget and Malissa at the front desk, scheduling, nurse's line, appointment clerk Michelle, and all the nurses that check me in and work on me in the procedure room.
