Everyone is great! Friendly, respectful, professional!
I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated by the receptionist when trying to make an appointment. She immediately asked if I was vaccinated and if not to wear a mask. Is this an example of FACISM? My dentist and dermatologist NEVER asked me this in my recent appointments . How RUDE!!!!!!!!! .
My visit was 1 year ago. I was pleased with the overall friendliness at Kensington Ophthalmology. In the end, I have had to wear my previous prescription for glasses because the new prescription made it difficult to drive and read. I mentioned at the time that I could see better with my older prescription to Dr Holm’s but she said my eyes had changed. I am now seeing Dr Farjo and I am very pleased!
RecommendedAll of the assistants were very friendly and helpful. Very professional and provided clean areas for my eye testing. Dr Holm explained my results and options and answered all of my questions. I feel confident in the plan we discussed. I will recommend Kensington Ophthalmology to others. S. Myers. Brighton MI.
