Prompt thorough and caring visit with Dr Kelley was a pleasant surprise, in this age of waiting in the waiting room for a protracted time, then feeling like you are being hustled through your visit with little more than the most basic conversation.
I see Dr Kelley as my PCP and she’s awesome. She addresses my complaints and takes fast care of them. She always makes sure I understand what is happening. My only complaint is that I have to keep on top of getting paperwork from her office. Sometimes forms, referrals, or prescriptions won’t be sent on time. A phone call usually takes care of it. That’s the staff, though. I love her. Totally worth it - just follow up on paperwork.
