Terrible wait time and unfriendly staff. They also wouldn't notify you even after you told them that you were going to use the bathroom. But the doctor is very kind and helpful.
Bad services
Ive missed so many days of my accutane because the front office consistently makes mistakes. Theres 1 lady thats rude who loves to attack your personal life. I forgot my drivers license once but i had a photo of i on my phone. She takes my phone, smirks, and calls me a criminal for driving without a license. Who does that? Doctor hoang is okay. Sometimes hes not too clear with explaining things. He also writes really slow. Pretty minimum effort average doctor with poor front office staff leads this to a 1 star. Ive updated t... read more
