I have been to quite a few Drs in my life and this Dr was and is the best he was very professional and pleasant and explained every thing. Also the of ice girl was very professional and pleasant I really enjoyed going to this office they called and reminded me of my instructions before the procedure that I was gonna have done and oh my God after the procedure, the doctor called and told me everything that he found and everything that was done and very, very very nice thank you Dr. I wish there was more out there like you.
NEGATIVE REVIEWS ... almost made me cancel my appointment. Dr. Hoa was direct and efficient, perhaps people are asking too many things & Dr. Hoa is more curt than courteous. That said, my primary concern was my endoscope procedure and getting answers to my issues. Dr. Hoa was VERY kind once we were in the surgery center. Very kind and asking me if I am ok. You will be charged every phone messages from this doctor. The charges were not paid by our insurance and we paid them from out of our pockets. We do not recommend this doctor at all. Doctor's office lady did not help us but charged everything to us. They did not help us for lab billing correction.
