NEGATIVE REVIEWS ... almost made me cancel my appointment. Dr. Hoa was direct and efficient, perhaps people are asking too many things & Dr. Hoa is more curt than courteous. That said, my primary concern was my endoscope procedure and getting answers to my issues. Dr. Hoa was VERY kind once we were in the surgery center. Very kind and asking me if I am ok. You will be charged every phone messages from this doctor. The charges were not paid by our insurance and we paid them from out of our pockets. We do not recommend this doctor at all. Doctor's office lady did not help us but charged everything to us. They did not help us for lab billing correction.
Not a doctor that will go over and above for you.. He actually got up and walked towards the door to end the conversation while we were asking him questions. Sent an absolute wrong message.
