The doctors there are not helpful at all unless you have a minor problem. If you have a difficult to diagnose problem, they are not interested in trying to help figure it out. They will put you off if you complain about your symptoms. It took over a year before they realized that I had not been there for awhile and they will not stop sending me letters to make an appointment. I have moved on to another doctor. I have needed medical care and they were not interested in providing it.
I really appreciate and look forward to every appointment. My doctor, Dr. Dang truly make you feel like he genuinely cares about his patients and their condition. He is very knowledgeable. Oak street Health provides many programs for seniors. I really feel comfortable about going there. Even though I don’t need it, they even provide transportation to and from the doctors office. I highly recommend.
