Dr. Ohmoto is a very caring loving doctor. By herself she gets 5 stars. But her office is run very poorly. The staff are not kind good people. They are extremely rude and inefficient.
Dr Ohmoto is great, but the front desk person is really unpleasant. I had my doctor's office fax over my new insurance and she wouldn't take it or return my calls. She pretty much canceled my appt the same day. She also asked me on multiple occasions to text her my medical card information to a personal number, which is a huge HIPAA violation. When I refused, she basically told me to get lost. I would suggest getting a qualified person who's up to date on protecting patients' information securely. Best of Luck!
