Dr. Kahn is a wonderful doctor who is caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. The office staff and or call center is a big mess. They have messed up appointments, in fact they just recently scheduled an appointment when there was no doctor in the office. They have messed up billing and copays leading my sons bill being sent to a collection agency leading to ruining his perfect credit score. In addition, filling prescriptions is a nightmare in that office

The doctor himself was adequate and a nice guy but trying to speak with the office rather than the call center is difficult. The office doesnt answer the phones during business hours and return calls when it isnt convenient for the patient. There are many Dematologists in Tribeca so a patient does not have to settle for difficulties or frustrations when trying to obtain information about the last visit.
