SADLY NO ZERO STAR. REALLY BAD DR OFFICE. SHORT STAFFS. BEEN CALLING SINCE THEY OPEN AT 9 TIL 10 NO ANSWER. THEIR TEXT SYSTEM IS SUCKS TOO. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB. DR. HIPOLITO YOUR PATIENTS NEED YOUR HELP BADLY. HHHEEELLLPPP PPPLLLEEEAAASSSEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a good doctor at all if you’re assigned to him like I was just save yourself the trouble and switch ASAP! Will take hours to take you in even though you had an appointment, falls asleep when you’re trying to explain your symptoms and other concerns and will Gossip with other doctors about you. Takes months to complete simple paper work even if you call regularly to get an update you won’t hear from them. And just over all does not seem to care about his patients worst experience ever being his patient.
I have been with Dr. Hipolito office since 2019. When I had Covered Ca they gave me a couple pcp to pick from and his office was closest to where I lived at the time. I went in probably 3 to 5 times over the course of 2 years. I never met Dr. Hipolito but I have seen the NP and she was wonderful. The wait time inside is usually 10-30 mins with appointment. The phone wait time is about 10-20 mins and expect to be put on hold for majority of the call. Charged fees for medical paper work are very pricey. Medication orders didn’... read more
Not a good Doctors office to go to. If you don't mine waiting 3 hours to see him. then you never get you meds on time . Even when they send them over as you are being seen. You have to wait again for 1 to 2 hours for the pharmacy to get them if they ever do. I've had to call for days after seeing the Dr. trying to get my prescriptions . Even the Pharmacys will tell you " We cant get a hold of this Dr.'s office " "We leave Messagesto get back to us but no response . We send the fax and E-fax But no response".
