I was very nervous about going to the dentist, because it has been a few years, and I have had some bad experiences at other dentist offices. I really like Dr. Hinks and his staff. They treated me so well and didn't make me feel like I never brush my teeth. Because honestly I have always been very good at brushing and flossing daily. However, I have always had problems with my teeth. So thank you for making me feel comfortable. I would recommend you to anyone. In fact, I already have.
A crown came off on a Friday night. Called office on Monday for an appointment. Could have gotten in that day but my schedule was better for Tuesday. All staff friendly, helpful. Blake very pleasant as a recep- tionist. Dr. Hincks always concerned and helpful with my problem.
I wish I had Dr. Hincks in Ohio. He's a very good Dentist. I can smile again. Thks Doc.

I don't know anyone that likes going to the dentist, but it's a necessary evil. These guys do it right to minimize the nerves and make you comfortable while they take care of your dental needs. That's what it's all about!
Both wife and I had our teeth cleaned. It was determined that I needed to have a cavity fixed involving a crown. So I will need to come back to get that done. I have used Dr. Hincks for 30 years as a dentist. The nice thing about the services provided by Dr. Hincks is I am almost 80 years old and I still have all my teeth. Not all my family and friends are so lucky.
Having worked in several customer service capacities, I always keep an eye out to see how companies are doing. Dr. Hincks' staff was exceptional! I was impressed! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was happy to see that they support Veterans with free services once a month, and they have low-cost options for those without Dental insurance coverage. I LOVE that they have TV's to watch Netflix while they work on my teeth! I will be back! Thanks Dr. Hincks!
My first visit was great. The Dentist and the young man who run the front was awesome. I was very nervous and was put at ease during my visit. The Dr. examined my teeth and together we worked up a schedule of further visits. I have already spoke to several friend and family member about my terrific experience at I Smile.
