We were impressed with the prompt reply to our phone call and the no-waiting policy at this office. The customer service is top-notch. The care our child receives here is always comprehensive and we get answers to all of our questions. Very satisfied with our experience each time.
Dr Patel has been the pediatrician for both our sons starting in 2007. Whenever the boys get ill, we know we don't have to worry too much, as Dr Patel will be there to take care of them. We always get to see him on the same day, sometimes within minutes, we call to say something is wrong with the boys. There is rarely any waiting time in the clinic. His staff is also very friendly and professional all the time! We are lucky to have Dr Patel, as the pediatrician for our boys!
Dr. Himanshu Patel is a wonderful pediatrician. He goes above and beyond for his patients and makes sure to keep you well-informed at all times. I appreciate his services very much.
Dr. Patel is always thorough, and he takes the time to address any concerns we may have. He manages our child's anxiety and depression condition and we can already see a significant improvement. We are very grateful for his expertise and understanding.

Horrible Doctor and horrible experience we had with Dr. Patel. He made us visit him several times with the newborn child for no reason at all. That’s how he makes money nowadays. He hardly spend more than five minutes with the child and doesn’t interact with the child in any way. He is extremely rude and oversmart and flaunts about his degree coz that’s all he has. I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to Dr. Patel as he was the on call doctor. He was either drunk or half asleep. Had no idea what day it was and his only response to my daughter’s 103.9 fever was take her to the ER or wait until Monday if I can. When I asked him which one it is that I should do he said well that’s a high fever so the choice is yours! What a horrible experience for a parent to have to rely on someone that clearly doesn’t care about his job and the kids! 0 stars for him!
