The doctors are very good and the administrative staff are very friendly. However there's a lot of miscommunication at times, and it can be hard to tell if it's just miscommunication or flat out telling someone the wrong information. there has been more than one in since we're been told one thing one day only to follow up and talk to someone else the following day to find out what I have been told was completely false.
