The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - excellent experience-we trust the doctor completely.
After waiting more than 3 weeks for an appointment, I was asked to come early even though I filled out all of the forms online. I came early and filled out more forms (all duplicate). After waiting 20 minutes, they brought me to an exam room and asked more questions...all duplicate again...including was I currently in pain and I said I was in some considerable pain. The doctor was wonderful and explaining in a way that we could understand what was going on and what needs to happen to help.
During visits, she wasted time talking about her personal issues rather than addressing patient concerns. Never gave the sense that she actually cared. Just checking a box and sending you on your way until the next appointment. More importantly, if you have a high-risk pregnancy, stay away from her. Trying to get a hold of her during emergency situations was difficult. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Truly wish I could go back in time and choose any other available Ob-gyn.
Dr. Lum’s staff is great. Very attentive and efficient. Doctor is wonderful and I feel very comfortable in his care.

Dr. Hosono is amazing. We were greatly saddened to hear of his departure - he provides an exceptional level of care, engages our son in the dialogue and we trust him Implicitly. It was disappointing to learn he will be leaving.
Medically, the care was good. The office does not accept Medicare assignment of benefits, so each visit incurs an out-of-pocket charge. This was not clearly explained to us when we started going to this group of opthalmologists. If you are on a tight budget, chose an eye doctor who takes Medicare assignment of benefits.
