Doctor Chu office is not bad the staff is very friendly and he was very friendly. Doctor Chu done surgery on my wife and it came out very good, but another surgery was needed down the road. Doctor Chu was going on vacation., but was needed by us but told us he would not do another surgery on my wife. I took her to Chapel Hill and they done the surgery to save my wife life. I'm disappointed in Doctor Chu and I would never go or take my wife back to see him ever again.

Yes I am in the health care field and I had to go to Moore Regional Hospital for emergency Appendectomy surgery June 18,2021 . And from the time I walked in the door when they greeted me and took my information and some of my vitals , they went ahead and took me back in a wheel chair . Dr. Chu just performed a same day surgery and I could not be any happier post- op. His staff was extremely courteous and helpful setting me up for the surgery. Dr. Chu was very professional, kind, and down to earth. While I waited in pre- op at the hospital, every single staff member told me how amazing of a surgeon he was! I was very impressed with his demeanor and respect him as a Doctor. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much Dr. Chu and staff for the impeccable service you provided!
I had an awful experience I would not recommend him to anyone. I first came in being told I was coming in for a brief consultation however before I could get one sentence out describing my condition he interrupted me and told me he was going to operate that day. Once the operation began he answered a call in the middle. When I came in a week later for a follow up I was met with the same attitude.
