I made an appointment for an eye checkup as I would need 3 new glasses. When I booked the appointment, it was for Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 3pm. When they called to remind me the Thursday before, they said it was for 3:30, to which I said I booked it for 3pm, so it would appear that they changed it. I explained my appointment was booked for 3pm as I’m caregiver to my mother who has dementia and need to be home by 3:30 as I live a few minutes from the doctor's office. I called them and asked that let me know why is your price higher than the other places, maybe you do something extra or better than others for charging that much, and she hanged up on me. Totally unprofessional. Not recommend them.
