They book to to many appmts, I woud suggest they open a secound office,, To many clients in little time. Besides the big crowd the customer service is out standing give the office workers an A for there pro status.
I called this morning around 10AM to make an appointment for my son I was told no appointment was needed I could walk in after 3:30 pm this is time DR Hernandez arrives, I left work early took my son out of school early I show up on or before 4PM and I was told I my son would not be seen because they where to busy and Dr Hernandez him self refused to see my son. This optometrist is very unprofessional along with the staff.
Pues estoy conforme fui por primera vez y me gusto como me atendieron en la forma que lo pasan a uno en diferentes condultorios y me siento bien en la forma que rebisan sus ojos de uno se les agradese grasias
