This man is the most unprofessional “doctor” I have ever encountered. He barely looked at my daughter or her charts from her previous doctor if at all. After her EEG all he could say was she NEEDS to be on medication. When I pushed back because her previous doctor said we could but it was our choice and to really look at the side effects before making a decision, he told me if something happens to her it’s my fault. My daughter has been seeing Dr E for about 3 years now - he has worked with her since before we even had the diagnosis, until he figured out what her proper diagnosis was He created a care and treatment plan which has worked wonders for her We have gone from about 5 seizures a month when we brought her to Dr E to no seizures after 3 years I highly highly recommend Dr E! You just have to keep in mind that treatment plans look different from person to person but give the medication time.
No one at this office ever seems to know what's going on or what they're doing. They don't even seem to know the laws regarding prescriptions. It's very disheartening and upsetting when your child is in their hands. I'm not sure if we will stay with this practice or not. It depends on if they can get it together. The office staff didn't even know how to use the simple equipment for blood pressure etc. Very strange dynamic here and no one can ever find your records or follow through with promises made at the last visit
Dr Herbert is awesome 😎… and my son loves him. He answers all my questions I have. Especially being a first time parent of a child that has autism. The front desk ladies are great as well. Thank you 🙏🏽 for all your support and help. Me and my family are very grateful ☺️.
