I was referred by Dr malati at UF health. Went through all the paperwork and talking with the assistant. We all knew going into this doctor's appt I was wanting Ativan for my tourettes syndrome and anxiety that heightens my tics. He said not doing it. He is a disgrace to the name doctor along with a lot of others who took and oath to help people, but then turns people away because a prescription is off label usage! You should be ashamed of yourself!
