Office staff was rude and uncaring which in unfortunate because it’s a mental health office and sometimes you are not at your best and I feel they should be more understanding
Ok first off there is nothing wrong with Doctor Khin, he is amazing at what he does and I have been a patient for awhile now he is very great with his patients! This is about the front staff and the people who set the appointment over the phone. They are the worst and do not listen to you! This has happened more than 3 times to me while trying to set an appointment. Dr. Khin is great. He's attentive and very easy to speak with. He asks a lot of questions and provides advice. My daughter felt very comfortable with him from the 1st visit. Teleheath visits provide a lot of flexibility and covenience especially while on vacation. My daughter had a very bad experience with her previous doctor so we were so glad to have found Dr. Khin. Would highly recommend him.
