This review is in behalf of myself Ms.Soria My first appt seems very nice and sincere Dr. Townsend took time to speak with me and go over my new start of my treatment plan. Today i was scheduled for my follow up and in need to be seen badly due to medication given by such and in severe pain, but his office called me one hour before my appt and said they were moving me to his concierge service which cost $1500 a month and I stated I only see him every three months so would not make sense. I took my elderly mother to an appointment with Dr. Townsend today and was the best experience we have ever had with a physician! A true professional that willingly spent time and made sure we understood her tests, plan of treatment and expected outcomes.
