Hard to get a hold of. Arrived after making an appointment and referral sent to them and they had no record of me. Offered no resolutions or help. Just kept repeating I wasn't in their system. I won't go back or bother trying to make another appointment
Usually, when you work in a doctors office there's a 10 ring rule, or you get vm. This does not apply to this office. I've called 5 times and let the phone ring over 20 times each time and I don't get a pick up or vm. This is very unprofessional.
If I can give someone my honest advice please go find another GI doctor, my experience was not good with Dr.Pande and I feel like he will just give high dosage of ppi’s and actually make you get worst in the long run, he encourages to take the pills and eat anything you want and he will tell you in a year you will be fine! And it’s just not helping you making your situation worst, if you are dealing with gastritis, herd, hiatal hernia etc. My endoscopy experience was not good either, and the appointment wait is 1-3 hrs wait ... read more
Me atendieron de forma muy ediciente, totalmenre satisfecha con los servicios del dr. Totalmente recomendable.
Very hard to get ahold of the office and to make an appointment. You really need to be on top of them for everything.
