Great doctor. Very caring and takes time with you
The staff at the front is friendly. Dr. Niemi is patient and listens to my concerns. It generally takes time for me to warm up with doctors. I feel comfortable with Dr. Niemi.
If I could give the office staff 0 stars I would be happy too. The service here is a joke. My siblings and I have tried serval times to get added to my dads account so we can talk on his behalf as he does not speak English. This office is very rude and unorganized. Office manager Nicole R. Not responsive, I’ve been calling and left messages for my issue for 2 months and did not receive a response. I had to call virtual doctor in order to get medication.
Dr. Niemi is so wonderful! I am so pleased to have found her as a PCP. She was generous with her time and very thoughtful regarding my medical history and what would work best for me given my life stage, insurance situation, and personal preferences. She has also given me multiple natural treatments to try that have been really helpful, and provided great rationale. The message system is very easy to use, and all information is readily available on the patient portal. She is very kind, patient, and thorough.
