One of the office staff lack people skills and ability to deal with insurance/ billing. The Dr. was fine but I would NEVER go back to a medical office who gets billing wrong and then is rude about it.

Dr Reid was good but this office neglected to submit my claim to my secondary insurance which caused big problems for me and the little snip that answered phone isn't equipped for customer relations. Avoid this office!!
