I was a patient of Dr. Bernie and while she’s very qualified , it’s difficult if not impossible to see her . I had to ask her assistant , Christy that I wanted to meet her prior to surgery. Most recently, I had a concern that could have been related to the surgery and one of her staff , Rhonda stepped in and started to lecture me over the phone that my concerns were unrelated and instructed me to go to the ER which was not an appropriate response and no one there coujld see me the following day for a ten minute check.
