If I could go lower then 1 star I would. After several years of my whole family being treated by Heidi Mist my opinion of her and her office has changed from highly satisfied to greatly disappointed. I am not only disappointed in her as a doctor but as a human being as well. For several years everything seemed to be great. Was this doctor's staff friendly? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Would you recommend this doctor to others? I Already Have Did this doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel that your waiting time was acceptable? Absolutely

I do not have health insurance. Dr Mist took the time to address my list of concerns about my health and gave me options to help fit my budget. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and I would highly recommend her.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
