Dr. Crockett talks down to his staff and patients. All the staff seem miserable. It was bad enough that I did not return and had my surgery at a different facility.
Dr. Crockett and his staff are exceptional! I was impressed that scans and x-rays could be done on initial visit and then re-visit the doctor the same day. Surgery for extensive shoulder repair was done and I had very little pain afterwards and during the healing process. I appreciated the attention I received during follow up visits and how they kept in contact with my physical therapist.
