My reception this morning was horrible. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes waiting to be greeted. Finally, I sat down. A waiting customer had to tell her she had a patient. I went back up to to the counter and gave her my name. She said she'll be with you. No hello or anything. I've been coming here for at least 17 years and this is the 1st time I've been disappointed. My Mom had an excellent experience with Dr. Zak-Ramsay she and the whole staff were great from the first time we called and made an appointment. They are very polite, kind & explained what will be done and the cost. They explained before they started any procedure and as they were doing the procedure. Very kind and gentle with my Mom. A great dentist with a very gentle touch.
Very disappointed ! I have my teeth done for failing do to a food getting stuck in between. I told her after cleaning the left and right side food is getting stuck in between. Instead I get 3 teeth in a row failing without me knowing it . The worst part the 2 problem that I have was not fix . Very disappointed � now I have to fine someone to fix my teeth right.
I am terrified of getting work done, and she's very patient, careful, and the easiest with the novacaine Ive ever experienced. Her entire staff is great too. I've been there for cleanings as well. So glad I found her practice!
