I highly recommend Dr. Heather Stone if you are struggling with health issues that numerous doctors don't seem to be able to solve. Dr. Heather Stone's program has been a lifesaver for me! I have been battling with Hashimoto's since being diagnosed in 2007. Throughout the years I had tried several things and while I would feel better I was not feeling my best. That was before I started her program a year ago and I'm feeling the best I've felt in 19 years! What she teaches are real lifestyle changes and easily manageable. I have been on this program since October 2025. I watched 3 of her Masterclasses that she offered for free. I implemented the things she talks about in the Masterclass, but I really wanted the Comprehensive blood work done. I spent the money and got the bloodwork done. It showed a lot of things out of whack. It is an expensive program to do, but it has helped me with my weight, my sleep, my inflammation. I’m almost half way through this program and I’m glad I’m doing it. My husband has supported me all the way through it.
