At 7:30 this morning I got a call to cancel my 10:00 appointment with the nurse practitioner, the person who called was nice and set me up for the next morning. At 4:30 this afternoon I got a call to cancel that appointment. Next available appointment was thirty days down the road no exeptions. I have had skin cancer and probably have a more serious case but that doesnt seem to matter.
Dr. Pacheco is skillful at detecting skin cancer. She is fast and efficient at performing her examinations. She discovered an abnormal growth on my cheek, did a biopsy, and it sent it to a lab. Result came back it was Basel Cell Carcinoma. She referred me to a Mohs surgeon who did a wonderful job of removing the lump without a scar. Great service!
Doesn't waste time on unnecessary tests. Moves straight to recommended treatments and gets things fixed.
New patient, arrived 45 min. early, filled out paper work, taken in, had work-up, Dr Pacheco chatted and examined me. She then treated me and w3e were finished and back on our way home before my appointment time. Rarely works this fast with any Doctor, but her office is fast and efficent
if I had actually seen her I could leave a review about her. But since her website lists her address as a place still being built I was sent on a wild goose chase and not able to be seen. When I called the office the staff had attitude like it was my fault that I went to a wrong address.
Absolutely I would recommend Dr. Pacheco! It i a shame she is no longer a part of the practice. You need to update our evaluations forms! Otherwise P.A Clifford Amos id fine.
Good doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Pacheco for about four years. She has treated me for two separate pre-malignant basil cell carcinoma. She has a warm and pleasant manner; listens, answers questions, and explains treatment well.
Louise Pacheco spent only a few minutes with me - and this was an initial visit that typically takes a little longer to learn more about the patient's history. Poor listener. Unfriendly and disinterested. Rushed visit. Requires unnecessary follow up visits to charge patients for multiple appointments.
