Outdated and very rundown place. Unprofessional. Very slow service.
This clinic has zero professionalism, I saw Dr. Jonathan Valencia at their emergency clinic he offered me to be my baby's pcp, I went this morning, I spent 4 hours waiting to leave without my baby receiving his vaccine it is incredible the lady at the reception spent her time telling me to wait 2mn, 5mn, 10mn the nurse who told me at the beginning to wait a few minutes later to tell me it is not him who makes the vaccines, I find it disrespectful and very annoying, yet when I met the doctor I found him very nice, but in the ... read more
Pesima atencion nunca contestan las llamadas, los cuartos sucios se tardan tres horas en atender.
Terrible. Tenía una cita a las 9 am y no atendieron a mi hijo hasta las 12. Espero 3 horas! Tienen la misma problem de siempre que se toman su tiempo para atender y no hacen nada
