Good person, just horrible at communication and very inconsistent with getting scripts filled. I’ve went over a month without my diabetes medicine (multiple times). The whole “needing” to make an appointment in order to get refilled and after a year, of being consistent we shouldnt have to keep doing this. And then after actually going in, I still have issues with prescriptions getting submitted, and then you get the whole back-and-forth between the pharmacy and the doctors office of who’s in the wrong.
