Excellent Dr. I really appreciate all he an his staff has done for me before any after surgery highly recommend, Thank you Dr. an your staff
Dr. Chou has been very helpful in explaining my MRI results, he is very knowledgeable & very supportive in how I want to handle the timeline of when my surgery will be performed.
Dr Chou was excellent. Performed a difficult surgery, repaired torn tendon on bicep. He was kind, listened, took care of me and answered all my questions. Downside, the staff needs an overhaul. Back room staff gave wrong follow up orders for PT and I called for 4 days until I got a live person. When I did, they sounded so annoyed when I gave my explanation for the sixth time. The end result was, “yah I was busy, you can pick it up now”. An entire week wasted with no PT.
I had arthroscopic surgery with him , was very happy with out come . Very knowledgeable and sincere, recommend him to all my friends
Very good Doctor but the staff very unprofessional for a very serious matter. PIH is very different now not like it was with taking matters seriously and follow up.
