Ended up walking out without seeing Opthamologist. Asked to move my appointment from 12pm to 10:30am. Asked if Dr could also do eye test for drivers licence. Was told yes. Arrived on time. Doctor not there yet. Told I have to print out form for drivers licence as they don’t have computers. So I would need to go to services Nsw, ask for a form, go back to dr’s to complete and then back to services Nsw as they can’t lodge online. Worse place ever to be at. Dr is not even on time and staff is after PCR test while they themselves not wearing masks inside and lied on counter she is herself where as had a person who just walked by inti the rooms. What an embarrassment
Absolutely useless. Reception refuse to book appointments because they’re not sure the Doctor will come in that day, they don’t use e-mail, or release medical records to you in person. I even received a letter (to my parent’s house) requesting I call them back. They have my mobile number and have called me a bunch of times. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?
