2002 I experienced a fall at work - it was witnessed by coworkers - I was a waitress at The Lighthouse at Port Comfort Road - carrying a full tray of dishes and someone placed a bread rack in front of the dirty dish area - I tried to move the rack while still holding the tray of dishes and I fell. Although I have always had my own health insurance; I was sent to this “doctor” by Workers Compensation. It was the worst imaginable experience one could ever imagine!
