Dr. Harpreet Matharoo is one of the most caring and generous doctors we’ve ever met. From the very beginning, she has treated us like family, always going above and beyond to make sure we feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’ve had a great experience with the doctors, who is knowledgeable and professional. However, the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t listen to patients, constantly interrupts, and makes the entire process frustrating. Her attitude is dismissive, and it feels like she doesn't care about patient concerns. It’s disappointing because the doctor is fantastic, but the front desk experience makes visits unnecessarily stressful. I hope the clinic addresses this issue, as first impressions matter.
Dr. Matharoo has been the best family doctor I’ve had! She is very empathetic and always attentive to my needs. I once asked her about the health risk of a leisure activity and after giving me an educated answer, she then went above and beyond, and followed up with me to give me more info that she received from her specialist colleague.
Dr. Matharoo helps & care about her patients like part of her family , very professional, organized and has a great knowledge and goes above and beyond the expectations. Her team as well very polite and punctual and willing to help any time Thank you Dr. Matharoo for all your help & support during our tough time. I recommend Dr. Matharoo to any one looking for a great family doctor.
