Dr. Harpreet Matharoo is one of the most caring and generous doctors we’ve ever met. I’ve had a great experience with the doctors, who is knowledgeable and professional. However, the receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t listen to patients, constantly interrupts, and makes the entire process frustrating. Her attitude is dismissive, and it feels like she doesn't care about patient concerns. It’s disappointing because the doctor is fantastic, but the front desk experience makes visits unnecessarily stressful. I hope the clinic addresses this issue, as first impressions matter.
Dr. Matharoo has been the best family doctor I’ve had! She is very empathetic and always attentive to my needs. I once asked her about the health risk of a leisure activity and after giving me an educated answer, she then went above and beyond, and followed up with me to give me more info that she received from her specialist colleague.
