I’ve been treating with Dr. Dhiman Harpreet for severe chronic pain for sometime now since being in a MVA, since switching from a different provider her office made the process easy. At first, I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff is impeccable. They got me in quick and scheduled me for injections quickly. Going through the injection process was not for me. It was extremely painful, and traumatizing for me. I was supposed to go through two testing injections to then go for the third one that was supposed to work for the 6 to 9 months. I had an appointment with Dr. Dhiman in her West Seneca office before she relocated to Lockport NY. Throughout my appointment with her, there were a few disturbances that I found very uncomfortable, very unprofessional, and very disrespectful as far as this provider's behavior and how she carried on treating me unprofessionally.
