I am writing this review and I haven’t seen Bhaika until next week. I changed my previous Dr to Bhaika since my husband had his last colonoscopy here and was pleased with him. I called my previous colonoscopy Dr. Rahal office and told I need to come in to get medical records but needed to pay $35 to get records. Then called Bhaika office several times. Lady at front desk had a little bit of a attitude, then I waited 30+ minutes just for the doctor to send me home after 2 minutes of him talking over me rushing me to leave, probably because I have medical, don't go here [ Update] Dr said it was just lactose intolerance and sent me away. Turned out my gallbladder was giving out and I have to get emergency surgery lol good job guys
I love Dr. Bhaika I've been going to him for years but there "office policy" change of having to have a referral is nonsense. I have Blue Cross PPO and I've NEVER had to have a referral to see a specialist but all of a sudden the "office policy" requires one. My insurance laughed when I told them this. You're not running an HMO but you're charging a PPO price for an HMO service. Healthcare in America....only out for money. How sad that he's turned into that kind of provider.
I wish I could put zero stars. This doctor is terrible! He talks over you, cuts you off, and disregards your concerns. His bedside manner is just horrible. If he doesn’t respect you as a patient to your face, what makes you think he’ll respect you when you’re under. Communication was just not there at all and not only with him but with the back office staff as well. They were all very rude! Please find another place to go.
I have seen Dr Bhaika over 30 something years he has helped me so much I gladly appreciate it. He definitely knows what he’s doing and yes, sometimes his bedside manner. Isn’t what we expect but other than that, he knows his job very well. I do have a hard time understanding him at times. I do recommend him very highly. He has saved my life many times.
