Dr. Stefanyk has been the best family doctor for my son and I for many years, very caring, very professional, and personable. So grateful for his expertise over the years when we needed to see him.
Terrible doctor! Doesn’t care about any individuals he sees. Impossible to get ahold of. Brushes off your pain and illnesses like it’s dust on the counter. You could be dying and he’d tell you your healthy
Wish I could give zero stars... absolutely impossible to reach the office, even during the hours the phone says... not to mention because the secretary messed up dates she had to move my appointment another MONTH!... I really hope you guys read this and know im out a full months pay because of you... this is unacceptable I would also like to say Stefanyk is very dismissive of concerns, and seems to be on vacation more than he practices so if you need a doctor I suggest you search elsewhere
ZERO ZERO ZERO. Would have given ZERO stars-IMPOSSIBLE to contact after a week of trying to get through. Tried for over 3 hours to get through today alone. The WORST SERVCE, BRUTAL- borderline useless. As for the Doctor, he has twice now missed health issues that could have been prevented if he would only follow through with his patients. I don't know why older people think he is so good... maybe because he talks a lot about nothing and they are just lonely and enjoy hearing him talk as much as he enjoys hearing himself talk... read more
