Dr Mermelstein refused to get on the phone with me to discuss results of my biopsy. I was only able to speak with an office assistant. Unacceptable! The lab report I was sent used words like hyperkeratosis, papillated, reticulated, epithelial, hyperplasia, horn pseudocysts, and inflammatory cell infiltrate.
