First of all, my first impression, staff were running around lost and complaining about patients.Dr. Tin and his staff were totally unprofessional. The TV in the room was not working so Dr Tin could not show me the X rays to explain. Dr Tin elaborated and focused sarcastically with unclear english on issues and talked less about solutions until I asked. I came in at 6:30pm and left at 9:30 pm unnecessarily.The delay was purely due to disorganization.
Hostile environment @ Pinecrest location. Chaotic & unprofessional. Get receipt for all payments or you will be embarrassed by insinuations that you have not paid the previous bill. They do not adhere to their own dental plan pricing if you are foolish enough to join as we did after dropping our previous plan, one that we had for years but they would no longer accept. Nothing is FREE with their plan, not even routine cleaning. We have known Dr. Hui for many years, but he is now in N. Dade only. We never had any problems with... read more
Best dentist ever...friendly, professional staff and won't break the bank ..high quality treatment for affordable cost. Would never trust anyone else with my smile.
