I went in yesterday for my dental needs,Dr.Erwin and his staff assured me that everything would be great and that I was in great hands.."Oh" and Dr Ervin and his DA will make you feel comfortable ,and also laugh while getting treated..I will recommend the office to anyone..Keep up the great work and thanks for your service ❤️❤️❤️
Wish the lady paid some attention when I provided my insurance over the phone. I thought I’m good to see a dentist, when I came to check in, got a shock they don’t accept my insurance. Took me over 30 mins to get there, might have got an appointment else where than solely depending on these people.
By the way of greeting, Dr. Ervin entered the room and proceeded to present the absolute worst news. He had no bedside manner and was argumentative when we asked questions about what he was doing (he prefaced nothing). When he was done he walked out of the room without saying anything. I would recommend going anywhere else.
