I went in to this facility to get a routine rectal polyp removal surgery in 2014. I have asthma and the anesthesiologist was directed not to intubate me to which he agreed. Come the surgery, he did decided to intubate me and when the surgery was finished, the removal of the intubation tube caused a flash pulmonary edema in my lungs, which almost caused me to die.
