Outstanding office staff; friendly, warm. James, the dental assistant, when told that he was my new best friend said " Couldn't have done it without you." No pain during or after indicative of excellence in quality of dentistry.
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Harkeet Sappal and his staff. I felt at ease and it's clear they genuinely care about their patients. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The procedure was quick and stress free. The staff and Dr. Sappal were amazing! Had a short notice referral to Harkeet Sappal, D.D.S. for a root canal procedure. Upon entering office, was met by friendly staff. Level of care provided prior and after procedure was exceptional. Detailed explanation of root canal procedure was explained throughly. There was no pain or discomfort. Post operative instructions, prescribed medications and use given. Highly recommend Harkeet Sappal and staff.
Had a root canal done and it cracked and now I have to get the tooth pulled and replaced unfortunately
