I've had psoriasis for 30 years. I've been through all of the hoops for treatment and it's always been a back-burner issue. Well Dr. Eccles is the best. His staff Got me in and was treated immediately for my lifelong symptoms. He Recommended a biologic that was not covered by my insurance. His staff went above and beyond to provide me with the BEST medication for my affliction. The good Dr. Eccles and his AWESOME staff make sure my skin problems really are problems. Thank them all. My skin is clear and has been for 2 months.
Reception and appointment staff was less than professional and unfortunately the first impression is most important! Dr Eccles your great but your staff not only acted unprofessionally but raised their voice after they made a mistake with appointment time and date telling my wife to take 92 year old father to urgent care if he needed seen and would not admit the error Now I usually forget the mistake and move on but the other staff raised voice at me when I told them I heard the appointment conversation and clearly the recep... read more
Dr Eccles was Great. He did two biopsies from both tips of my ears. He was gentle while being quick so that I wouldn't be in nervous distress for to long.
Dr. Eccles is a very kind and competent doctor. I appreciate his honesty and great understanding of his field of practice! His staff are friendly and helpful.
