If I could, I would but - stars. Doctor refuses service for new patient because they live "outside" service area they setup even though they accept insurance from another state. Office is 35 mins from my home and clinic is 15 mins from my house but this is outside of the area they will accept patients from. The office manager would not even present my case to the doctors for consideration because this is the way they are setup. Horrible reason to deny a patient quality care. Dr. Von is awesome! She really makes her patients feel the passion that she has for her specialty. I lost my mom to renal failure, among other things and I feel I would have lost her sooner had God not send Dr. Von to us. When my dad got sick and his kidneys began to fail too, she didn't immediately resort to dialysis; she treated him with a combination of meds that worked for him and now his kidneys are working fine without the medication.
