I've been trying to get a copy of my prescription for days. They said they would send it, I waited for 2 hours at the Schaumburg costco for it to be sent and it never was. I left voicemails, I called multiple times over the course of several days. All ignored. It's unfortunate because I really liked the Dr. Rayko. I will change this review to 4 stars if I actually get a copy of my prescription without having the show up in person.
Dr. Rayko is excellent.
