Dwayne is the most excellent plumber I've encountered in Miami. Before starting the job, he clearly explained the process to me. He was on time, friendly, and approachable. After completing the task, he made sure to clean up meticulously and once again went over what he had done. The plumbing company, now under new management, is indeed providing excellent service.
James was prompt in arriving and quickly identified the problem with my plumbing. He was an excellent plumber and had a wonderful demeanor. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also took the time to thoroughly clean the plumbing and ensure the water temperature was to my liking. The cost of the service was reasonable, as was the charge for the service call. Overall, I had a fantastic experience in Miami and I appreciate James's professionalism and positive attitude!

James was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also took the time to thoroughly evaluate the optimal spot for our new outdoor spigot. He then explained all our options for its installation.
