Dr. Hank is a good dentist, but his office staff are very difficult to deal with. The finance person filed the insurance wrong and then refused to refile it saying that it was our fault. She talked loudly with us in the office--in front of other patients-- and when I asked to speak with Dr. Hank, she refused to let us speak with him. I called and left a message with Dr. Hank, but he chose not to return my call. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will not go to this dentist again!
