Be aware this dental clinic is no longer in business. They are in Saginaw now. They made an appointment for me as Twin Lakes on Azle Ave. It was not until the day before the appt that they told me they had moved to Saginaw. Since I chose Azle Avenue for convenience, I refused to go to Saginaw which would be way too far out to even consider.
