I went in for a behavior evaluation (which she was super helpful with), and she just was doing a general check on him for typical stuff, suspected had strep just from feeling his lymph nodes. She ran the test and he DID have strep. When my other child came down with a fever that same day, she squeezed me in the next morning to get him tested and she got both of them the meds they needed. She listens, and really looks at the whole child. Can't love her more than I already do.
She is the absolute best Pediatric doctor. She is caring and sweet and truly loves her patients. She is knowledgeable and wants to help with whatever she can. Plus her staff is well picked because they too are wonderful.
Dr. Hamzeh has been our pediatrician for over 7 years. Upon arrival, her staff are always friendly and welcoming. In my opinion, she is the best pediatrician in NWI, as she genuinely cares about your child and their overall health and well-being. So, if you are looking for a doctor that will have you in and out like a drive thru, I suggest going else where. Office is outdated and very understaffed. They only have one nurse and she’s having wrist problems which causes them to close for weeks at a time. You will wait a minimum of an hour in a very stuffy, hot and dirty room before the doctor even sees you. The nurse gives off red flags, she hides her face in her hair, like keeps her head tucked from chin to neck and her whole head of hair flipped over and will not make eye contact with you. She has been my children Dr for 4 years and she is amazing. She knows the children name and know their history. You are not a number or just a patient. She talks to my children about everything I love going here. She even found a medical issue with my child no other MD caught because she actually listens and assess. She will collaborate with specialist to fix the problem just give medications. We leave with samples and coupons. I can’t express how much her and her staff means to our family
True story. My daughter was 2 years old and she kept getting sick. I was searching for a pediatrician that wouldn't just blow me off. Some doctors rush you in/out not really taking the time to listen and examine. Well, I guess that doctor got tired of me bringing my child in. Dr. Hamzeh is amazing my son has been seeing her since birth and she always goes above and beyond. I have even switch my older kids to her. They all love her. She answers any question we as parents have as well as in question the kids have. Her staff is nothing short of amazing as well.
I’m a first time mom and Dr Hamzeh is amazing! When I had Covid she personally dropped off things my family needed at our front door.
Is amazing with my son. Always discusses our conserns and responds back quickly if you leave a message with the office.
